I stayed at the Acuarium II for the weekend as part of a 12 man Stag-Do and I really can't fault it. Price: We only paid 37 Euros each to stay from Friday to Monday and only used it for sleeping, washing and changing, and for this purpose it was perfect. Room:If I was going away for a fortnight with my fiance I probably wouldn't book the Acuarium II but that isn't a slight on the apartments it's just that if I was going away with my fiance I'd look for a little more luxury. However, if you aren't naive/stupid and realise that for 37 Euros for 3 days you aren't going to be staying in the Ritz then I can't see how you can be disappointed. But the rooms weren't bad by any means and, for the money, I actually think they were pretty good. Swimming pool: Inflatables, balls, fooling around etc is banned from the pool which I think is great especially for those whose idea of a good holiday isn't being half-drowned by children and men on alligators and orcas. Overall: I really don't have anything bad to say about the Acuarium II apartments in regards to my stay. We did ...

Having not stayed in Benidorm before, we had no local experience for comparison We were slightly disappointed by the lack of cleaning items in our room: no dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, etc., yet were apparently expected to leave the rooms and dishes clean and in good order. We were also dissappointed by the limited number of cooking pans or microwave-capable bowls. Nevertheless, if the right opportunity occurs, we may well come again next year.
