During your stay with us, you can order a cleaning-service with the frequency you would like: daily, weekly, etc. Ask our service-staff for information.

We have our own maintenance service to deal with any problem that may appear during your stay: Common accidents, heating, air-conditioning, electrical appliance, T.V., etc. Also installations like: pool, garden, elevators, antennas, etc.

To give you a good impression on your arrival, we leave you some things in the apartment: breakfast-basket, water, 2 bottles of champagne, robes, soap, pens, matches...

We offer you the possibility to leave in storage with us your things to everyday use that you do not wish to take home with you: Bikes, sun-beds, suitcases, … on your return we deliver your belongings directly to your apartment.

The Town hall in Alfaz del Pí is running a campaign of elimination of barriers for the benefit of handicapped people. Taking part in this, all our projects are accessible for handicapped.

You will always feel comfortably attended in your own language. Office-hours: 10:00 h – 20:00 h.
Outside the office-hours we have a mobile phone for emergencies.
We attend all requests and suggestions gladly.

All our apartment-buildings have a parking-lot underneath. We also offer the service of keeping your car in garage until your return.

We have a security-guard at night, keeping the calm and who can help in different situations of need.
