Fast facts and map for the Albir Garden Apartments, Albir

We arrived late at night on 19 June. No problems checking in,met very nice man at check in, this was the first and last member of staff we met who was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was fine with a good level of cleanliness and good facilities. The following morning there was water leaking from the air conditioning unit which we reported at reception. To cut a long story short it took four days to fix the unit. We also asked for another pillow for my sons sofa bed which also took four days to recieve. The complex itself is fantastic and spotless clean however all the staff in this hotel let it down. They were all rude and unfriendly and unbelievably slow to serve. While I would return to Albir I would under no circumstances return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed at Albir Garden a several times, and I like it:-) The rooms is not at high standard, but I am mostly outside when I am in Albir :-)

Sentral beliggenhet, og helt greie leiligheter! Men, i leiligheten vår manglet nesten alt, vi var tre personer og hadde kun 2 kniver hele uka vi var der! Vi spurte i resepsjonen hver dag, men noen kniv kom ikke. Det var nesten ingenting av beatikk og service! Kaffetrakter og stekepanne var det heller ikke. Bassenget var ikke gjort rent og det så veldig shabby ut hele stedet. Men det ligger fint til og er billig:-) Vi kommer nok til å bo der igjen pga pris og beliggenhet:-)
