If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.30-19.30 ; Saturday 9.00-14.00), please collect the keys from the Nuevohogar Office at the Acuarium II Apartments, Calle Juan Fuster 3. If you arrive outside office hours (Mon-Fri after 19.30; Saturday after 14.00; all day Sunday) please collect the keys from the Alpha Apartments, on the corner of Calle Kennedy and Avenida de Cuenca, just in front of Caballo de Oro Hotel. There is a printable map of the pickup points on the prices page of the Apartments. The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival when picking up the keys. Credit cards are accepted. A refundable  breakage deposit per apartment of 200 Euros is required on arrival. Key Collection map
