Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros payable by credit card at arrival. Key Collection
If you arrive Mon-Sat 9.00-21.00, please collect the keys at Carlos V Apartments. Between 21.00 and 01.00 they keys can be collected at the bar of the Apartments(Charles Bar). From 01.00 until 9.00 in the morning, on Sundays and when Charles Bar is closed the keys are to be picked up at the Venus Hotel, Avenida Filipinas 60-70, some 70 meters from the Carlos V Apartments. There is a printable map of the pickup points on the fast facts page of the Apartments. Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros payable by credit card at arrival. |
