Payment Policy
You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total price. The balance is to be paid to the accommodation when you arrive.

Important: Key collection

If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.30 -18.00 ; Saturday 9.00-14.00), please collect the keys from the Nuevohogar Office at the Acuarium II Apartments, Calle Juan Fuster Zaragoza 3.
If you arrive outside office hours (Mon-Fri after 18.00; Saturday after 14.00; all day Sunday) please collect the keys from the Evamar Apartments, on the corner of Calle Almirante Bernal de Sarría and Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza. There is a printable map of the pickup points on the prices page of the Apartments. The balance of the reservation is to be paid upon arrival when picking up the keys. Credit cards are accepted.

 

A refundable breakage deposit per apartment of 200 Euros required on arrival.

Night-flights and early-morning arrivals
Rooms are generally available from midday on the day of arrival until midday on the day of departure. To enter the room when arriving in the early hours it needs to be booked from the previous day, i.e. if you arrive early hours of August 2nd the booking must start on August 1st.
