Payment Policy
You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total price. The balance is to be paid to the accommodation when you arrive.

Important: Key collection

If you arrive Mon-Sat 9.00-21.00, please collect the keys at Carlos V Apartments. Between 21.00 and 01.00 they keys can be collected at the bar of the Apartments(Charles Bar). From 01.00 until 9.00 in the morning, on Sundays and when Charles Bar is closed the keys are to be picked up at the Venus Hotel, Avenida Filipinas 60-70, some 70 meters from the Carlos V Apartments. There is a printable map of the pickup points on the fast facts page of the Apartments.                                           Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros payable by credit card at arrival.

Night-flights and early-morning arrivals
Rooms are generally available from midday on the day of arrival until midday on the day of departure. To enter the room when arriving in the early hours it needs to be booked from the previous day, i.e. if you arrive early hours of August 2nd the booking must start on August 1st.
