Payment Policy
You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equal to 20% of the total price. The balance is to be paid to the accommodation when you arrive.

Important: Key collection

If you arrive Mon-Sat 9.00-21.00, please collect the keys at La Caseta Apartments. After 21.00 and on sundays and bank holidays the keys are to be picked up at Prince Park Hotel, Calle Primavera 3, some 100 meters from the hotel. There is a printable map of the pickup points on the prices page of the Apartments.                                            Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros payable by credit card at arrival.

Night-flights and early-morning arrivals
Rooms are generally available from midday on the day of arrival until midday on the day of departure. To enter the room when arriving in the early hours it needs to be booked from the previous day, i.e. if you arrive early hours of August 2nd the booking must start on August 1st.
