You need to remember that this is a three star hotel and for that reason will find the hotel more than acceptable. The rooms are clean and tidy, although some furniture is a little tired. Our bathroom had been refurbished and was all the better for it. The restaurant is efficient, but the food a little repetitive and does not always look palatable. So get down to meals early and select the best of it. Our compliments to Francisco Navarro, the Head Waiter, who is very efficient. The bar area works very well where there are plenty of seats and a small dance floor. The entertainment, if you can call it that, was not really inspiring, but the Spanish pensioners seemed to like it. One other thing, but not the fault of the hotel, is the lack of parking in Benidorm. We went by car, and the parking fees cost about as much as a single room in the hotel! we were near to the beach and near to the pubs, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room had a balcony overlooking the town. the food was lovely we paid half board and could eat everything. The only complaint i would have is that the double room has three single beds in it, its okay but would prefere a double bed and a single as the two singles kept seperating as they were pushed together. would def go back and stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing hotel and quite and peaceful, but not to far to walk to the pubs and beach
