Staff were extremely helpful especially when first room had a terrible view! Food and service could not be faulted. Position of hotel is a bonus!.

This was my first visit to Benidorm and the hotel was recommended by a friend. I have to say I was not disappointed at all. We visited at the very end of February and really enjoyed the holiday. We did the half board deal and the food selection was excellent. The bar was clean and the bar staff first class. Due to the time of the year the entertainment was mainly 50/50 type dancing but it was well attended, I am informed that this does change throughout the year. Because of the hotel location there is plenty of excellent entertainment in within 5 to 10 minutes walk.
