These popular apartments are located in an excellent position in the Rincon de Loix area only 500 metres from the sandy Levante beach with all the water sports including the unique Cableski.

Finished to a very high quality in 2003 and built for residential purposes these spacious apartments are air conditioned & heated.
They have one double bedroom, a terrace and a complete marbled bathroom. They are fully cleaned before arrival, with clean linen and towels.

The large well appointed salon has a sofa bed for a 3rd or 4th person, a dining area, a TV and a terrace.
