All of the Spotlight Selected accommodations can be booked securely and easily online at any time of night and day. Within minutes, you can check for availability, reserve and receive confirmation on an easy-to-use and secure booking system.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
If you have received a confirmation voucher then your booking is confirmed and the deposit has been charged to your credit card.
I have not received my confirmation email?
Please check your junk mail folder first. Some anti-spam programs might incorrectly label your booking confirmation as junk mail.
You should have printed out your on-screen booking confirmation. Please send us your Booking Reference number from the on-screen confirmation to hotel-guide@benidorm-spotlight.com and we shall resend your confirmation email.
If you do not have your booking reference number, please send us as much detail as possible, so that we may quickly locate your reservation, including your full name, dates of stay and accommodation.
Can you check Prices and Availability for me?
We do not have access to any availability other than what you can find online in our web page in our hotel guide.
Can you recommend a good hotel / apartment?
We work together with over 100 hotels and apartments and can recommend each one, because all accommodations in our site have been personally chosen and inspected by our team.

What if I need to contact the hotel directly?
You have the hotel's address, phone and fax number on the booking confirmation voucher under "Hotel Information".

What is the age limit for Children?
Normally a child is from 2-12 years. Under 2 years is a baby and is free of charge. Any special child restrictions are clearly written on the hotel prices page. Search for a hotel from our Hotel Guide.

I would like to request a room with a seaview / balcony, neighbouring rooms, etc
Make sure you fill in the Special Requests at the time of booking. The accommodations read these requests very carefully and do their best to fulfill the wishes of the Spotlight clients.
Can you help me with a group booking or group discount?
Most hotels prefer individual bookings to group bookings and it is sometimes difficult to find enough rooms for a group. You can search for availability for every hotel in our Hotel Guide.
Please do not contact us about group discounts, we can not arrange for any group discounts.
You pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the booking. The balance is due to be paid in full to the accommodation upon arrival.
You Credit Card account will be charged by Benidorm Spotlight, whose name will appear on your Credit Card account report. It may take up to 5 days for this to show up in your account. This varies from country to country.

Payment can be made using VISA or Mastercard.
We accept payments using Visa (Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Visa Credit cards) or Mastercard and Paypal.
For paypal payments, there is a 2.5% paypal handling fee.
If neither option is possible you may ask a friend or a relative to pay the deposit with their Credit Card and then pay the balance at the hotel when you arrive. (The name of the person who books the accommodation does not have to be the same as the credit card holder’s name.)
What are the Cancellation and Modification policies?
Cancellations
We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance which covers cancellation of your accommodation.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival, all payments will be refunded in full.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival or if you don't show, you will forfeit the basic deposit paid. This conforms to standard international hotel Regulations.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING, BY EMAIL OR FAX.

in which you clearly state your BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER, which is included in the confirmation email. Your cancellation will require written confirmation from us either in the form of an email or a fax.
Modifications
All booking modifications are free of charge.
Night-flights and early-morning arrivals
By International Agreement hotel rooms are available from midday on the day of arrival until midday on the day of departure.
To ensure the room when arriving in the early hours it needs to be booked from 12 midday on the previous day, i.e. if you arrive early hours of August 2nd the booking must start on August 1st.
Check-In:
It is standard international procedure for hotel rooms and tourist apartments to be available from midday on the day of arrival. In the case of small hotels and groups of apartments the accommodation may only have been vacated at midday so it will need to be cleaned and made ready for the next arrival so it may not be available until about 2 p.m. so please bear this in mind if you are due to arrive at your accommodation before midday.
Check-Out:
You will also have to vacate your accommodation by midday at the latest on your day of departure. This is especially important if your return flight is a 'night-flight' and you are not planning to leave the hotel/apartments until late evening or perhaps after midnight. You probably arrived in the early hours of the morning and occupied your accommodation immediately. This counts as the first night. On the day of departure you may have a long wait before actually leaving for the airport.
Most accommodations will allow you to retain your room (availability permitting) until you leave on payment of a supplement. If not they should have facilities for keeping your luggage and may well have facilities for changing, showers etc. Please check with reception on arrival. You may well prefer to book an extra night which will allow you to keep your room/apartment until you depart.
