Marconi Hotel, Town Centre, Benidorm Hotel Marconi, Centro de Ciudad - Versión Española

Relaxing holidays in an unsurpassed location.

The Hotel Marconi enjoys a location that is surely one of the best in all Benidorm. Overlooking the famous Elche 'dove' park, only 10 metres from the golden sands of the giant Poniente beach, a short stroll to the atmospheric old town with its great tapas bars, the Marconi has some of the best views of the coast you can get. They certainly knew what they were doing back in 1934 when the hotel was built.

Completely renovated for the 21st century in 2002 with further improvements more recently, it offers the comfort of a modern boutique hotel combined with the values of old-fashioned family service passed down over the generations.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in the 62 double rooms with balcony, 32 double rooms and 9 single rooms without balcony. All have air conditioning and heating, Satellite TV, phone and safety deposit box for hire. WiFi throughout the hotel is a recent addition for those who like to keep in touch.

There's a friendly atmosphere throughout the Marconi, from the 24 hour reception to the cafe bar which looks out across the sea. Spend relaxing hours by the pool on the roof terrace, fill up at the buffet restaurant and take a stroll out along the lovely new promenade, browse the shops, or have a drink or two in the old town. It's just what holidays are for.

It's no surprise that many guests at the Marconi have been coming back year after year (though probably not since 1934!) to enjoy its friendly service, quiet relaxing atmosphere and wonderful location.

Had a week bed and breakfast and evening meal, with pensioner parents and twenty three year son. Everyone really enjoyed the holiday. Hotel is very pleasant, clean, friendly staff and in ideal location if you want a quiet part of town and right on the beach not much in the way of facilities but due to location cannot see why you would need much more. Breakfast was fine with all the usual choices and plenty of it, evening meal although not a vast choice there was a different meat and fish dish every night and again plenty to eat. We got exactly what we wanted on this holiday, quiet break for the whole family on the beach with good food.

Easy access for elderly people to the beach and park, shops etc., Lacked atmosphere and warmth in bar area - could be better. Poor food, sometimes cold at evening meals. Rooms spotlessly clean.
