There's a more relaxed atmosphere around the Mariscal VII apartments in a quiet location of the Levante area of Benidorm: at the sandy beach a 10 minute stroll away you’ll find all kinds of watersports including the unique Cableski and plenty of cafes and bars along the promenade. The town centre of Benidorm with shops galore is only a short bus ride away.

 

The Mariscal's 14 floors are served by two lifts and the apartments above the 7th floor have sea views from their terraces. All the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed for one or two people in the lounge.

 

Each has a full bathroom and kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, and a toaster! Home comforts are completed with weekly changes of bed linen and twice-weekly towel changes and there's also optional hire of safety deposit boxes and cots.

 

Outside there's a good-sized pool with a children's section and lawned gardens. There's also plenty of parking which is so useful when hiring a car to visit the many attractions, both natural and man-made, of the Costa Blanca.

 

 

The Mariscal VII apartments are managed by the Nuevhogar group which has years of experience serving visitors to the area. The secret of their success is to provide clients with just what is needed to have an enjoyable and successful holiday without paying for facilities which never get used.

 

 

These apartments will appeal to families and friends looking for an independent holiday in one of Benidorm's quieter spots, yet with easy access to the full range of activities and entertainment for which the resort is justifiably famous.

hotel was perfectly fine for the purpose it was required "sleeping and nursing a hangover" Mariscal iiv was slightly out the way of the hustle and bustle but great for a quiet night sleep, it took us about ten mins to walk to the main bar strip area, benidorm itself is fantastic, £1 a pint and £1 a bottle in many bars, would definately visit benidorm again and to be fair despite the little walk i couldnt fault our apartments, they had all amenities and were clean and tidy with fantastic views from our top floor balcony. be careful walking home at night though, i got mugged and had a bracelet stolen worth £700, this really put a downer to my time here but it could happen to anyone so just be careful!!!

This is the 5th year on the trot we have stopped at the Mariscal V11. Having been to Benidorm for the past 22 years we find the Mariscal V11 ideal for what we require. It represents great value for money. The rooms are clean but basic and have just about everything you could want. We go to Benidorm to enjoy the nightlife and have a good time and the apartments are within easy reach of the main bars/clubs. It is nice to know that you have somewhere quiet to go and relax in the early hours. The block is mainly residential and the residents are friendly as long as you are quiet. You have everything in the apartment to prepare your own meals but eating out in Benidorm is so cheap and good quality and again these apartments are within easy reach of many good eating venues. If you want to do your own thing and not be dictated to by meal times,etc the Mariscal V11 is just the place to be. it represents excellent value for money. Regards, John Barker
