The Mariscal's 14 floors are served by two lifts and the apartments above the 7th floor have sea views from their terraces. All the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed for one or two people in the lounge. |

Each has a full bathroom and kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, and a toaster! Home comforts are completed with weekly changes of bed linen and twice-weekly towel changes and there's also optional hire of safety deposit boxes and cots. |

Outside there's a good-sized pool with a children's section and lawned gardens. There's also plenty of parking which is so useful when hiring a car to visit the many attractions, both natural and man-made, of the Costa Blanca. |
