KEYS & DEPOSIT:

During Office Hours (Monday - Friday from 9.30 to 14.00 & 16.30 to 20.00, Saturdays from 9.30 to 14.00): On arrival keys are collected from Fincas Arena office situated on Avenida Europa 23, Benidorm.

Outside Office Hours: On arrival keys are collected from the reception of the Madeira Centro Hotel,
open 24 hours,Calle Esperanto 1, Benidorm.

Check-in at 5 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m.

Prices are for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
If you book for less than 7 nights there is a supplement of 56.25 €

A deposit of 150 € is payable on arrival and returned on departure after checking the apartment between 11.00 and midday on the day of departure.
