We have stayed at this hotel many times - all very enjoyable, and the reception staff especially are excellent. However, we have noticed a decline in the variety of food served on previous visits.

Exellent hotel especially location. Close to shops, beach, local bus stops and within walking distance to Benidorm Palace where one night my daughter and I saw the spectacular show which was outstanding. The food in the hotel was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
