World Aids Concert

Benidorm's mayor, Vicente Pérez Devesa, is negotiating to bring the Latin version of the Annual World Aids Concert to the town next August.
Whilst the main concert would remain in Cape Town, Benidorm would host the Hispanic version '46664 Latino' where big stars such as the likes of Maná, Tribalistas, Juanes or Shakira could perform.
A concert of this size and nature would certainly establish the town as a major player in the concert venue scene having already had stars of the magnitude of The Rolling Stones, Elton John, and Tom Jones perform here, and Bob Dylan probably on his way here this summer. Spotlight wishes the mayor the best of luck in his negotiations.

Where am I?
