4,000 passengers a month using it.
Well, what a surprise! The new bus service from the airport direct to Benidorm is a resounding success with over 4,000 passengers a month using it.
We had our doubts that a service which saves travellers about €60 on the equivalent taxi fare would take off, but so many people are using it that the frequency of buses will soon be doubled.
Alsa, the company that runs the buses are applying for permission to use another bus which they hope to have in service for Easter and eventually reach 12 journeys per day.
