Benidorm Fiesta - Baby Bull Run

Despite rain affecting the first day of Benidorm's big annual fiesta the rest of the celebrations went extremely well. There were parades, concerts, 15000 people turned up for the 'youth day' festivities in the park, and of course lots of food and drink.
One of the highlights for us was the annual calves versus boys competition in the town's bull ring, when extremely young bulls are let loose in the ring and the flower of Benidorm youth prove their bravery by vaulting and jumping over the little calves. It's great fun, nobody gets hurt, well not seriously, and all the little bulls live to fight another day.
