Bus Station Project

It's amazing how quickly the local council can act when it really wants something doing. The last full Benidorm town council meeting voted to change the Urban Plan (PGOU) so that the new bus station project could be completed.
The crux of the matter was the inclusion of a petrol station alongside a new 78-bed hotel and commercial centre on the site, as this was forbidden under the previous Urban Plan. So, quicker than you can say ' a double room with a view of the petrol station please,' the plan was changed and the development will go ahead.
