Concert Cancelled

The big charity aids concert which was to have taken place in Benidorm in a couple of weeks time has been cancelled.
The council announced the cancellation with a great deal of regret and put the blame squarely on the shoulders of the organisation employed to book the artists involved.
The council say that they had been promised artists of the stature of Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin but this has not happened, and furthermore, the roster of artists has been changed no less than five times since the concert was formally announced last January.
With only 600 tickets sold from a capacity of 30,000 the council have decided to save further embarrassment and have pulled the plug on the show and its organisers. Watch this space for further news.
