Leaning on a Lamppost

George Formby would turn in his grave if he knew that serious lamppost related situation in Benidorm would prevent him seeing a certain little lady pass by.

An eagle-eyed citizen of our parish has spotted that no less than 52 lampposts have been damaged between 3rd and 12th of February and every single one of them has had the door to the electrical system broken.

Anyway, 'it's turned out nice again hasn't it?' because the technical services department are going to repair the lamps ASAP. However we're still in the dark about what type of citizen goes about counting lampposts!
