Given that the Benidorm holiday market is dominated by British customers, with more of them staying in the resort than all the other nationalities put together, it certainly helps to know a little about your prospective customers.
To this end the Hotel Association of Benidorm and the Costa Blanca (HOSBEC) have come to an arrangement with British agent AC Nielson whereby they will receive ongoing booking information about packages sold through over 4,000 points of sale throughout the UK.
The information will give monthly comparisons of sales figures for Benidorm and other destinations which will enable future promotional and commercial strategies to be formulated for the benefit of the resort.
