Waiting for the Bus Station

The old saying that you wait ages for a bus and then a whole gang of them all come along at once may be true but here in Benidorm we've waited two years for the new bus station and only one more for it to be completed.
The town hall have promised us that it will be finished and operative by Easter 2006, which means that we've only got another 14 months of standing around looking up and down the road to see if it's coming. Originally scheduled to open in April 2004 the terminal will have shops and cafes and will be able to handle 60 buses at the same time - should they all arrive at once!
Where am I?
