The Land of Chocolate

If he were real, Willy Wonka would no doubt be uttering oompah loompah several times over at the recent success of Vila Joyosa's chocolate manufacturers. Their stand at the prestigious San Sebastian fare 'The Best of Gastronomy' was visited by over 600 people during just one day.
Town Hall bosses hope that the delicious chocolate will tempt the food loving citizens of the elegant northern city of San Sebastian to visit Vila Joyosa next year. Fast becoming southern Spain's gastronomic centre the town will be holding several festivals for foodies. On the agenda are the Mediterranean Flavours festival, the exhibition of Seafood Cuisine, the Blue Fish Festival, the Pepper cooking competition, and our favourite, the chocolate festival. Roll on next year.
