Starting on 21st February, the show organised by the town's tourism chiefs, will feature a week of cookery courses, conferences, wine tastings and food prepared by well-known chefs from around Spain.
The show will kick off with a demonstration by Juan Roca from the Celler Can Roca in Girona, which has two Michelin stars, and will finish a week later when Josep Quintana from the Restaurante Torrijas (one Michelin star) in Valencia does his bit.
This whole cooking thing is part of the 'Vila Gastronomica' title that Vila Joyosa has called itself and includes other festivals like the Chocolate Week and the Blue Fish Festival. You'll certainly never go hungry in Vila Joyosa!
