And the Winner is....

Coral from Madrid! The Golden Siren award for the 38th annual Benidorm song contest was scooped by the aforementioned Coral who gained a total of 100 points from the judges. Second in the competition was local boy Will, from nearby La Nucia with 74 points and third with 73 points was a singer from Valencia called Anna.

The final was watched by over 5000 people in the auditorium itself, and many more all over Spain and South America courtesy of several TV channels.

Coral said that it was 'a dream come true' to win such a prestigious competition and no doubt she'll make a few more dreams come true spending the €36,000 that goes with the golden statue. Well done Coral.
