Fur and Feather News

Benidorm’s gone animal crackers after an outbreak of animal napping around town. Pigeon fanciers (it’s perfectly legal in the 21st century) will be pleased to hear that 15 birds that were nicked from three different fincas in the Sierra Helada area have now been returned to their rightful owners. A 17-year-old youth was caught red handed with the pigeons after ‘a little bird’ tipped off local police to his whereabouts!

Meanwhile, police in Polop who had been barking up the wrong tree trying to sniff out the miscreant who had stolen four pedigree pooches couldn’t believe their luck last week. The dog thief had his new acquisitions out on their morning constitutional right outside the very same house (like you do) from which he had stolen them!

So, it’s not just the animals that are crackers in Benidorm.
