Albir Magic Festival

Just like that

There’s a three day festival of magic starting today and continuing over the weekend in Albir. The first of its kind, the festival known as ‘Aparecium’ will feature 12 top magicians and will take place mostly on Albir’s beach but also on the promenade and in bars and restaurants nearby.

The idea is to promote the concept of the beach being a place of fun and entertainment as well as a place to sunbathe and splash about in the sea.

Not only will the magicians be performing tricks and illusions throughout the day and evening but there’ll also be workshops where interested non-members of the magic circle can learn some of the tricks of the trade.

So why not join me down on Albir beach where I’ll be wearing a fez, saying ‘Just like that’ and looking for hints on how I can make my wife disappear!
