Terra Mitica's New Attractions

Summer's here and Terra Mitica will be opening all day, every day from 10 am to 10pm. Visitors will be treated to two new attractions to coincide with the arrival of the long hot days.

The first is another great white-knuckle ride called the Rage of Achilles which is situated in 'The Islands' section of the park. It's a thrill-a-minute trip on an ancient barge which is tossed about on the high waves of a mighty storm. You can probably imagine the rest for yourselves, but needless to say, sensations of speed and vertigo are all part of the experience. The ride has a 120 degree angle of dangle and can carry 48 people per trip, with a capacity for 1000 people every hour - so not long to queue here!

The other treat for visitors is the spectacular multi-media show 'Peter Pan, the Musical' which is currently touring all Spain and will be at the giant theme park until the 3rd September. The show is staged in the outdoors in the 'Lake of Egypt' area in front of 3000 spectators and features a life size pirate ship!

Sounds like another good summer at Terra Mitica.
