Look out for another big concert in Benidorm this month, this time by the stars of TV talent show Operacion Triunfo. The Óscar Esplá Auditorium in the Parque de l'Aigüera is the venue for the show on 29th August starting at 22.30.
Tickets, priced at €25, are sure to sell fast as the tour by these stars of tomorrow has pulled huge crowds in Spain's bigger cities and, as a response, extra dates like Benidorm have been added.
Operacion Triunfo is an extremely popular talent show in Spain, now in its sixth season, and will be known to British telly addicts as Fame Academy. Its popularity can be seen by the number of copies
of the new CD of the show being sold in Spain – more than Amy Winehouse!
So, if you want to see Anabel, Chipper, Iván, Manu, Mimi, Pablo, Sandra y Virginia strutting their stuff, now you know just where to go.
