Poniente Promenade II

Last Friday the new promenade alongside Benidorm's Poniente beach was inaugurated in a grand ceremony. This week, the architects who designed it and brought the project in years late, have been awarded the contract for its extension.

The €1.6 million job will start next September, and to make life easier for the architects the same colours and 'dynamic' will be used on the extra 189 metres up to the Elche 'dove' park.

No finish date has been given.
