Aqualandia Rules Terra Mitica

Exactly ten years and one day since it opened in the hills above Benidorm, Terra Mitica now has the sign 'under new management' pinned to its doors.
The giant theme park which has had many financial worries since Prince Felipe of Spain performed the opening ceremony will now be run by the same company which runs the Aqualandia and Mundomar theme parks.

All of the staff and directors at Terra Mitica will be retained under the new administration, whilst politicians and businesses in town have welcomed the 'take-over' by Aqualandia, which has had 25 successful – ie profitable – years in Benidorm.
