I would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a quite area, very spanish, with a good service, very modern,but as so often with hotels abroad there were no tea make facilities in the room, but otherwise an excellent hotel, idealy situated for the beach, town and parks

I very much enjoyed my stay at Palmeral Hotel and will no doubt stay there on future trips to Benidorm . The hotel was extremely clean and the staff all very polite and indeed friendly .It had that family welcoming feel ! The food was to a high standard so that breakfast and the evening meal were enjoyable experiences . Great location at a very nice part of Poniente beach and with easy access to the beach .
