Playamar Apartments, Levante, Benidorm

We were quite shocked when we arrived. It looked rundown from the outside. The apartment was very basic, but ok for a short stay. There were 4 of us staying there but it was only arranged for 2 people. We asked for more towels and bedding and were told the maid would sort it out. No maid arrived, so the next morning we asked again and were told the same thing again. We did eventually get more towels and bedding, but they gave us cot sheets and baby pillows. We thought it was quite amusing but I would not stay here again. There was no maid service at all while we were here but it was only a short break. We did have a great time in Benidorm though, it was a laugh a minute.

the playamar is the worst apartments we have ever had a holiday in due to the fact there is no security in the apartment building and the outside doors were left open all night allowing anyone to walk in and into the lifts 24/7 in the light of what has happened to "Madeline McCann" this is not a place to stay!speaking to the rep he has spoken to the management of the apartments in the past about the security and it is obvious that this has gone unheeded also the pool and surrounding area is not clean.

Apartment was very spacious and clean but the enterance and the reception area and the pool areas were not up to standards.rnViews from apartment was alright, could be better.rnDisapointing effort for entertainment, as there was none what so ever!rnI would not reccomend this apartments.rnA lot nicer places to stay in Benidorm.rnrn
