Sock it to 'em J.B.

Great news for fans of the hardest working man in show business, the godfather of soul, Mr. James Brown, will be ecstatic to hear that he will be appearing in Benidorm at the end of July. The Benidorm Music Meeting - or BM05 as it is more concisely known - takes place on 29th, 30th and 31st of July in the town's football stadium.

Brown will also have Jamiroquai, US3 and 2 many Djs alongside him with others yet to be confirmed. At this moment in time there is no definite information about ticket prices apart from the fact that the first day of the festival will be free.

The event has been organised by the Valencian entertainment company Mundosenti2 who recently won the competition to stage big concerts for Benidorm council. Other artists whose names are being mentioned for forthcoming concerts are Prodigy, Primal Scream, Garbage, The Cure and Lou Reed. That's an impressive list if ever we heard one.
