You need to remember that this is a three star hotel and for that reason will find the hotel more than acceptable. The rooms are clean and tidy, although some furniture is a little tired. Our bathroom had been refurbished and was all the better for it. The restaurant is efficient, but the food a little repetitive and does not always look palatable. So get down to meals early and select the best of it. Our compliments to Francisco Navarro, the Head Waiter, who is very efficient. The bar area works very well where there are plenty of seats and a small dance floor. The entertainment, if you can call it that, was not really inspiring, but the Spanish pensioners seemed to like it. One other thing, but not the fault of the hotel, is the lack of parking in Benidorm. We went by car, and the parking fees cost about as much as a single room in the hotel! This is the second time we have stayed here, so at least we must like it and I suppose we will stay there again. The little irritation is that this is a six floor hotel has only one small lift that takes four people only. Almost impossible to use during periods of peak demand. If you are unable to manage a few flights of stairs you may think about staying elsewhere.

we were near to the beach and near to the pubs, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room had a balcony overlooking the town. the food was lovely we paid half board and could eat everything. The only complaint i would have is that the double room has three single beds in it, its okay but would prefere a double bed and a single as the two singles kept seperating as they were pushed together. would def go back and stay here again and recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing hotel and quite and peaceful, but not to far to walk to the pubs and beach

Once again we stayed at The Bristol Park, we received the usual warm welcome we went to our room and to our delight we found we had been placed at the front of the building. The room was spacious and immaculate. In going to the dining room for our evening meal it was good to see familiar faces and again we were treated like old friends. This hotel is very central and is ideal for our needs. close to the beach and all the shops. It may not suit everyone especially children as they is not much in the way of childrens entertainment, but if you are looking for a clean friendly, reasonably priced hotel close to all amenities then The Bristol Park will fit the bill.

We stayed at The Bristol Park in October for seven days. This is not a hotel for young swingers but caters for the more refined clentelle. Our welcome was warm and friendly and we were quickly shown to our room.
The bar was well stocked and reasonable priced and the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
The dining room is large and airy the head waiter and his staff made us feel as though we were eating in there home.
The rooms are basic but are cleaned daily to a very high standard .
We would highly recomend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again on our next visit.

The Bristol Park was a great place for a short stay! upto a week. it is very central with the main walking street just 100 yds away and the beach being a brisk 10mins walk. the staff are polite and friendly the food was the let down for me as it was very BASIC with choice being at a minimum. i would go back but only for a short stay i prefer the other hotel owned by this company THE AVENIDA BUT HAD OUT PRICED ITSELF THIS TIME
BUT A GOOD XMAS WAS HAD BY ALL!!! ENJOY
