Stayed five nights recently and realy couldnt complain about anything. Didnt rate the food as 10 but only because I don,t realy like buffet food.
Staff were all lovely and helpful and the kids had a lot of fun.

our first time here & what a pleasant surprise hotel was beautifully clean & the bedrooms were large.dont pay for parking as there is plenty around the hotel for free & we were there in july food was excellent both in amount & quality.the roof top swimming pool for adults only was very welcome there are plenty of little resteraunts near the hotel for a snack at lunch time & prices are very cheap only three minor complaints dinner was 8pm start alittle late for us the roof top pool closes at 4.45 too early & it is also closed monday & tuesday.other than that it does help to speak spanish which we do but the reception staff will help.we are going back for xmas hope to see you there.

Have stayed at this hotel before and it is an excellent hotel. Buffet meals are excellent and varied. Very convenient for the Benidorm Palace literally 5 minutes walk away.

Very good value for money. Spacious rooms and good for family. The only disadvantage is that it far from the beach area.The beds are good but not super. It will help if you know some spanish.

Had a nice stay at this hotel will be returning in the future, went bed & breakfast food was excellent plenty of choice,Very peacefull hotel away from the busy centre,facilities are very good.

We have lived in Spain for 7 years and have travelled the Costa Coast playing bowls for most of those years. We have stayed at many hotels but for us this was one of the best, very Spanish (which is why we are here) and very friendly. Good food and excellent rooms. When playing bowls in the Benidorm area again we would most certainly choose the Deloix Aqua Centre Hotel.

a very enjoyable stay
a good hotel but lacking attention to detail in some aspects
the lights in the indoor pool and hot tub area did not come on until it was really dark in there to the point of being unpleasant
lights in the room needed replacing 2 in the room itself one in the bathroom and the extractor fan in the bathroom did not function leading to a very steamed up room

Hello,
we had some very nice days in the Deloix Aqua
Center Hotel again. A magnificent building in a cultivated surrounding. Congratulations to the very good employees: They are polite and very competent.... except one (older) waiter.
He was again extremely unfriendly - the same
as last year. If someone does not like his
work in a restaurant he should leave and look for another job.

lovely hotel, great service,excellent food,what else can i say we had a lovely time.The time of the year explains the facilties low score.

map San Francisco - Fincas Arena. 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments Completely renovated winter 2007/8, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in a good location just a short stroll down to the beach. Plenty to see & do nearby and bus to the lively town centre.
