Having spent a week at this hotel myself and the others in our party had no real complaints as you can see from the ratings i have given it is a superb place to stay the location is perfect for both the beach and the night life if i was pushed the only complaint would be the night security man he was a sour faced individual with no people skills so servi group bosses do yourselves a favor and replace him

Just returned from hotel Orange Benidorm.Booked with Benidorm Spotlight,Spot on,very very heplful I made a mistake when booking ie double booked and double payed but Beni spotlight picked this up right away and rectified it for me.
Back to the hotel please please pick your time of visit to this hotel, avoid last two weeks in July when Benidorm gets a huge influx of Spanish teenagers just finishing Uni etc and they do what all teenagers around the world do, go mad and have 24hr fun,no probs with that but when it takes place next to your hotel room at 4am then that's a problem.The hotel Orange is right in the area of most night clubs and discos.Hotel rooms keep most of the noise out to be fair but in this time of the year it is a magnet for the youth.
Hotel scores very highly for everything,service food, accommodation etc.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. A close walk to the beach and the centre of Benidorm. The hotel itself was clean, friendly and had fantastic facilities. The pool receives the sun for most of the day (which is a bonus with so many high rise tower blocks around!) and it is well looked after. Only residents are allowed to visit.

The bedrooms are cleaned to a high standard, the TV (which receives English channels) and fridge are also a bonus. Also having been in rooms with limited electric sockets, the Orange hotel had more than enough. The only draw back to the hotel was the toilet door. It is like a frosted shower glass and doesn't give much privacy, as there is a large gap at the bottom and top of the door!

The food and restaurant is excellent. They provide a good choice of food and all of it was delcious. The waiting staff were both helpful and efficient.

We was worried about the noise of Benidorm main square (if we needed an early night) but found no problem in our 7th floor room. The lifts are a little cosy, but the glass one is quite a novelty.

On the whole a brilliant experience and we would definitely book again.

We found the hotel execelent,staff very helpful,and in reception the staff spoke English which is good for visitors.all in all very enjoyable xmas holiday

Staff very pleasant and helpfull especially customer service person Angela i think that was her name.The hotel was clean,had a good choice of food both hot and cold and the Hotel had a friendly feel about it.I was on my own but felt comfortable and relaxed i would recomend the hotel to anyone and will go again.Also booking through Spotlight was so easy even for me a novice to the comp.

I have stayed at the Orange twice now and both times I have had excellent service from them. The rooms are great and the food is lovely, my last visit i stayed there on my own while my friends were in another hotel and i felt safe and secure, I recomend the hotel Orange to anyone,

just back from a short visit lads break to the Orange. There were 22 of us and every one agreed that the facilities and location of the hotel was perfect.Food was delicious and the rooms and pool were excellent. Night life was just a couple of yards from the hotel. Will be back next year

Would stay here again, the only issue I had was that we could not talk on a night due to older couple next door complaining and security telling us off!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was superb as was the service, The rooms were fairly plain but very clean with a large screen TV with some sky channels. Very helpful reception staff. All in all I would recommend this hotel which is very central to the Benidorm nightlife which is right on your doorstep. Something extra that I nearly forgot the Air Conditioning is very good in your room without it it being noisy.

Hi I stayed at the Orange Hotel for my stag party last wkend, and my fiance stayed there 2 wks prior for her hen party.
We both had an absolute ball and location couldnt have been any better. It is right in the heart of the pubs u end up in at the end of the night which is most likely cafe benidorm. U literally are across the road. Hotel is spotless and food is lovely. Ideal for wkend break away. If staying for a relaxing break wouldnt reccomend though as walls quite thin so can be noisy, not that I noticed personnally just one of the sober members of our party did.

having used the facilities of Spotlight in the past, once again may I thank you for your excellant service. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in many ways made at The Oreange Hotel, particularly with the Food on offer since my last visit 18 months ago.
