Pueblo Benidorm Hotel, Levante, Benidorm

Fantastic for families in the summer holidays and great for couples in the low season.

Location
The Pueblo Benidorm hotel occupies a marvellous position for families on summer holiday: it's only 400 metres from the beach, a couple of minutes to the famous jueves market, and not too far from the Aqualandia and Mundomar theme parks. With plenty of entertainment in the nearby showbars, guests are spoiled for choice by day and night.

Relax & Enjoy – all year round
Both adults and kids will thoroughly enjoy sunny days spent outdoors by the pool. Mum and Dad can relax with a cool drink on a lounger whilst the kids splash about in their own pool, have fun in the playground or take part in the miniclub's daytime entertainment programme. It’s a children's Paradise! And for the colder days there is a covered heated swimming pool - so bathing is guaranteed all year round!

Plenty do do
For the grown-ups there's a range of sporting activities throughout the day and a full evening's entertainment of shows, live music and dancing to suit all ages.

Could not fault any facility, perhaps lacking a Pool Bar. However I was dissapointed with the food ,it was boring similar to canteen meals, nothing was garnished as it laid in the bain-marie ,would like a few more chefs serving dishes to order,no need for A La Carte ,but a little more staff presence and attention. My main problem however was how to exti the dining area. With so many mirrors, glass doors, strip lights that were reflecting off my glasses I twice had to ask to be shown the way out,all good humoured of course. I intend returning to Pueblo next May for my 70`th birthday with a contingent of maybe 12.Overall as my first visit to Benidorm I was very impressed, able to get about (a key to local bus timetables and destinations would be welcome) with ease, everything very clean ,staff helpful. As a result I will give 9 out of 10. Thankyou Benidorm. Malcolm Stewart

I booked this hotel at the very last minute, as Benidorm was 'full' or appeared to be so. It was lovely. The room was perfect, spotless clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc., the only drawback was the teeny tiny balcony if you wanted to chill out anytime during the day And the lifts were claustrophobic. We took the stairs to the 14th floor a few times a day! The food was very nice, not exceptional like other hotels in Benidorm though. The restaurant was extremely busy but clean. Was a bit confused as to why we pay for drinks in the restaurant lunch/dinner when had booked half-board? Thought that was a bit of a rip off. All in all though - lovely place and will be booking it again.

When we arrived at the Pueblo Hotel we were allocated a room in one of the annexes around the pool. Rooms were adequate but very noisy at night with banging doors. Food was very limited in choice. As the week went on there was over 100 guests arrived on the thursday to which most of them were allocated rooms in our annex which were all there for a hen or stag party. They basically took over the pool area lauching each other on sunbeds into pool etc. Think the hotel has to consider that other guests are there for a "quiet" holiday. That is the only thing that would stop me returning to the Pueblo.
