From the time we arrived at the complex to the time we left the staff were great.
The complex itself is clean and wellrun with plenty of activities for the young ones.
We did not go all inclusive ,so I cannot comment on the food or service there but what we did have was very good.
We enjoyed it so mush that we are waiting on the opening for next years booking with the intention of bringing my daughter and her family aswell.
Many thanks to all the staff.

Nice complex...nice area...just a shame the ticket-information was inaccurate - some of the parks had closed for the winter a week early.

Albir Gardens is excellent value for money - it is my 4th visit and I will return. The staff make you feel at home and we wanted for nothing. Thank you for your kindness. We love you all

Nice people, good cleaning, but the rooms need to be more modern...

Everything was fine and we were given an excellent welcome by the friendly reception staff. The rooms were well equipped, though we had to try and not make to much noise, so as not to disturb our neighbours below. Albir Garden is well situated close by to Albir Village, giving us a super choice of places to dine in the eveniongs. Good value for money.

When it comes to 'value for money' the Albir Gardens complex is the place to go. Our third time to the complex and we will look forward to another winter break in 2009.Improvement could be made in the 'welcome' area, reception allocate an apartment on arrival but in our case the one allocated did not meet our expections. A faulty light switch in the bathroom, a very lumpy mattress and a very cold atmosphere ( WE HAD NOT BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE A/C UNIT). The second apartment allocated completely satisfactory. Winter visitors be advised, many of the apartments in use get no sunshine on their balconies! The restaurant and menu excellent, the bar and entertainment provided adequate for the time of the year(February). We would be happy to recommend the Albir
Gardens to anyone looking for a friendly,'value for money' holiday complex.

(I HAVE ASSUMED THAT A FIVE STAR RATING IS EQUAL TO FIVE FILLED BOX'S)

Was looking forward to going to this resort as heard it was very child friendly and a large group were going with a lot of children. unfortunately it seems August is not the best time to visit this resort as it was more orientated towards the spanish guests. The entertainment was mainly in spanish as was the kids club which hindered the children in joining in many of the activities. the complex itself was nice and the pool area is excellent for children. Reception and management staff were very anxious to sort the problem of the entertainment issue but on the whole it was disapointing. Bar staff were not child freindly in the main and this was annoying as all the games were in the bar area. all in all I wouldn't return to Albir.

Lovely hotel & amenities - perfect location. However; one does get the impresssion with SOME staff that the English are disliked? Some appeared quite rude at times. Kids club is in Spanish and our children were put off by this due to the language barrier! Please Please have a courier that can cater for English/other nationlalities in the kids club. It would make a HUGE difference to us. rnrnApart from all th above-loveley.

Albir Gardens is a beutiful place. Apartments were lovely and kept clean regularly. Swimming pools are fab ...felt very safe leaving kids to run around and do their own thing. Only downfall was that tha entertainment was more geared towards the many Spanish holiday makers, even though there was alot of English speaking holiday makers there also. Had to go out nearly every night for entertainment for kids and ourselves. Staff were a little rude at times?? Other than that had a ball!!
