This hotel offers a very high standard. We've stayed there several times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spotless. However this year the food was rather bland and failed to meed the standards set on previous visits.

Hotel Belroy's reception was inviting, the group was received graciously and efficiently.
The food was excellent and the chefs were on hand to cater for any requests, two people in our group are ceoliac sufferers and the kitchen staff prepared food for them separately.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and curteous.
We have reccomended the Belroy as an excellent
experience in Benidorm.

our stay at the Belroy hotel was excellent. right from our arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were always clean and wih the bedclothes and towels all white , it gave a great look.the food was really enjoyable and with plenty of choice, both the breakfast and the evening meal. again, staff were excellent and friendly.the location of the hotel is also very good. its near to the nightlife but far enough away from the noise and bustle.we will be going back again next year and i would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Benidorm for a holiday.

excellent hotel very clean, staff very helpfull, rooms brilliant could do with tea making facilities in rooms. Just had breakfast, there was everything you could want from cooked english to european every morning everything excellent will be booking there next year again. cannot see the point in trying another hotel it will not be beaten

second time my wife and I have stayed and will return again. This is an excellent hotel and would recomend it to any couple. The overall package is good and the hotel well cited for both beach and shopping. also if you are arriving from alicante you can get the alsa bus from the airport to ave europa and you are 100 meters from the belroy and it only costs 8 euros. I must add that when we left I forgot two jackets in the room and they very kindly posted them to my home address with no charge.

this hotel is excellent quality all round. we have stayed here on several occasions and have never had any cause for complaint. the total opposite in fact. we cannot praise the staff enough.they are always friendly and polite and will cater for you extensively. yes we will stay here again on our return to benidorm.

I cant fault the Belroy,i have recommended it to my friends and im sure when i visit Benidorm again i will be staying there, we had a great stay, nice friendly staff,very clean and spacious rooms,good facilities...thanks :)

I had a fantastic holiday in benidorm and i chose wisely in picking the Belroy hotel,nice friendly staff ,very clean modern hotel with everything you could ask for.I have recommended this hotel to my friends and when i visit again i will stay at the Belroy....oh and its central so everything is a few mins away..thanks for a great holiday :)
