We stayed at BENIKAKTUS hotel one week and it was absolutely one of the most enjoyable times we've ever had.The hotel is situated in nice and quiet area - end of the Levante beach.Our room was quiet spacious,cosy,very clean with enclosed a balcony.We had every day maid service.One of the things we best liked was the fabulous view from our room.It was so wonderful to wake up in the morning and straight away could admire the beauty of the Benidorm's coastline...We loved it!!!
The restaurant in hotel and swimming pool area are also very nice and clean with fantastic view.We really enjoyed most of the late evenings staying on the hotel's terrace and watching beautiful,illuminated promenade.Invaluable impressions!!!
The food was great,every day wide choice of hot dishes,cold buffet and also fresh fruits and delicious desserts.All the staff was very friendly, always helpful and polite.Especially we would like to thank two waiters-FELIX and RAUL(the fastest waiter in Benidorm :)) They were both extremely nice and they made us feel very welcome.Thanks for excellent job guys!
BENIKAKTUS was a great choice,value for money.We loved our stay in there and would definitely recommend to our family or friends.
We can't wait to go there next year.

The tenth time in the last 25 years we have stayed at the Benikaktus. Due to the lower occupancy rate there has been some impact...some good.Previously there was live entertainment every night but (as with other hotels) this has now been restricted to about two or three times a week but still great value for money. Terrific pool area and most of the time we were the only people using it. Now has WiFi in the bar area very useful. I really liked the mix of guests (mostly Belgium and Dutch)consequently the food tried to cater for all tastes which did not suit all the British guests but I found it acceptable and made a nice change.The staff soon go to know you and were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and the new enclosed balcony made the area large and welcoming. The usual gripe was access to the hotel the transport arranged through Benidorm Spotlight left us with a fair uphill walk (although the mini bus would have had plenty of room at the hotel) returning we took a taxi to the pick up point ( 5 euros) which made it much better. All in all the great location of the hotel made it a great value for money stay and a nice bottle of wine (6 euros)washed down the evening meal very well. Looking forward to next year already.

perfect spot for a rest,location lovely,fantastic hotel suitable for anyone wanting to relax.we spent a lot of time in our room at night watching the lights of benidorm twinkle on the water ,perfect,going back next year,rooms food staff,and very clean.thank you benikactus,,,,,,,
