This was the second holiday spent at Carlos v on this occastion my brother in law stayed with us for three days. He agreed that these apartments are the best he has stayed in benidorm for location and cost.

We stayed at the carlos IV for 1 week end of may 2010. these apartments are great value for money, no frills but a clean bed a cold fridge and a hot shower were very welcome. We were a group of 9 mixed age ladies who had a ball. The apartments are very central close to nightlife and the beach.If you are looking for a good base then I can recommend Carlos IV if you want luxury and peace then look elsewhere.

Stayed here Easter 2010 for a week. We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment with wrap around balcony with sea and street views. Its location is great - right in the middle of all the showbars and comedy clubs. Dont go if you're an early bedder - the noise from the street goes on until morning!! We ate in the Yorkshire pride most days - great food with massive portions and reasonable prices. Watch out for the gangs of conmen (and women) doing the ball and cups trick - we watched from the balcony, every day, as they all got out of a van and pretended not to know each other while they cheated people out of their money - we actually saw them bully a guy up to the cashpoint next to the tobacco shop and take the money he withdrew! Stay away from them and warn other people too - they're a really nasty bunch.

GOOD VALUE IF ITS A STAG OR HEN PARTY, GOOD POSITION FOR LOCAL BARS AND CLUBS, ALL APARTMENTS FACE THE BEACH, SO A GOOD VIEW. THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GETTING OUR DEPOSIT BACK AS WE WERE LEAVING ON SUNDAY, SO I WAS TOLD TO SAY I WAS LEAVING EARLY ON SUNDAY MORN, AND THE LADY RETURNED THE DEPOSIT SATURDAY. DEF BOOK THE CARLOS V AGAIN.

love the carlos v apts. this is our fourth year at these apts. we get a 2 bedroom apt for the 4 of us girls.plenty room. easy reach for the bars and shops.the beach is only a few mins away.

Went with 15 girls for a girly weekend away.Carlos v is very basic but is perfect as somewhere "to get your head down"

Location wise,you couldnt ask for better..the main strip is on your doorstep..Charles bar is great too with all drinks buy one get one free.

Wasnt the first time I have stayed in Carlos v and I dont think it will the last

No problems here. Spacious apartment for the 4 of us, look forward to returning to these apartments in the future.

There was no one to meet us at the apartments only note on the door. not very friendly, no way of getting a safe key on our first nite. The outer window shutters did not work properly so bedrooms were dark. Very noisy location. Apartment was a good size & very clean but in need of a fresh coat of paint. Not sure I would stay in these apartments again, but will be using this company to book next year. Liked location as was near to shops beach & nite life.

Carlos V clean but basic very good location for beach and nightlife, ask for a high floor as we were put on low floor, room opposite Rockys bar and was noisy til 7am but we werent in much earlier than this anyway. Make sure you have a quick shower as water goes cold after 2 people having a shower. We had 6 adults in our 2 bedroomed apartment, I wouldnt recommend this many in one apartment due to the shower problem and the bed in the living area very uncomfortable. Would recommend these apartments to groups visiting Benidorm for the nightlife.

Good clean accomodation right in the center of all the clubs etc.
I would use Carlos V the next time.

The apartments were ideal for location. One road down from the bars.

In the summer months you get lots of noise from Rocky's Bar across the road. Not ideal for people with children as all the bedrooms face the main road and the noise would keep the children awake.

The apartments are ideal for people who are there to "party" and don't get into the small hours of the morning.

Overall from May 2008 the sun beds have been replaced at the pool making it ideal for sunbathing.

these apartments are very central for night life the apartments are very basic no toaster micro washing machine the towells are only changed if you stay more than a week i belive the owner books a lot of stag and hen parties so this is why he not to botherded about the facilates the pool was small thats ok but not very clean lots of lads there drinking with glass bottles so i would not recomend these apartments for familys with children

we stayed as a stag party of 11 40ish year old young men and had a great time. the rooms are basic but spacious with a corner balcony and a sea view. we had no problems at all with anything and would definately stay there again on an all male trip. all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs are on your doorstep but if you are coming with kids stay somewhere else, its very noisy
