We only saw 1 none English speaking person at the front door / lobby.
Excellent position on the beach promenade, the room was adequate and balcony safe for young children.
We had to clean the floor in the apartment upon arrival left in a very poor state by previous occupants / cleaners.
The bathroom is very dismal and could do with new fixtures and fittings.
Small safe compact swimming pool area.
No facilities for leaving bags / cases after 10.00am checkout.

We occupied a one-bed appartment on the 3rd floor. ALL apartments have a fantastic sea view as Carolina is on main seafront road. Pleasantly quiet along the road from about 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. as bars etc shut early (all the night life is further back from the sea). Very impressed with the secure entrance (key entry only). Kitchen & bathroom a bit gloomy because of the use of traditionally dark patterned tiles - bathroom very spacious, with a bidet too ! Kitchen FULLY equipped, almost like at home. Very disappointed there was NO safe in the apartment. Patio enormous, like another room ! Would have no qualms about re-booking for the Carolina, especially if we were low down again - for "people watching" from the patio. Lovely pool behind apartment with spacious sunbathing area although, with the beach and sea a few feet away, we didn't need to take advantage of it.
