We (my husband and I) booked two days before leaving (Germany)with Benidorm Süotlight (a fantastic service) and received a super friendly welcome at the reception. Our room was ready on time and we were amazed at the size of it. The hotel lives up to its name - Design Hotel. I would have wished for more general information about the hotel, there was a pool on the roof, but no sun beds. We had to ask our way through, which facilities were available and the opening times. The facilities were good, especially the gym, which we used regularly. Here goes to say, I would like someone to keep an eye on who exercises, because guests came in without towels, without a T-shirt, sweating and were not asked to go and get dressed properly for a gym. Food was good, warm and fresh. It was sometimes annoying that the rooms were cleaned very late in the day and the surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a sensational short break at The Deloix Aqua Hotel. Everything you need and more !
Very attentive staff and great value for money.
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm and can`t wait to make a return visit.

Good new hotel especially suitable for families as there are two very large pools. Very convenient for Benidorm Palace, a little away from the centre of town.
Main fault was only one very large reception room which on the day it was rainy was full of children running around, would have helped to have a small quieter room as well.
Other criticism is that there were only three Internet computers by the reception so it was rather noisy, however if you have your own computer can be used in the room.
However, these are small criticisms and for families ideal.

we found the hotel to be very well set out and it was very easy to get from our room to the restaurant,pool and reception area without having to walk long distances.
there was a bus stop right outside the hotel and for euro1.20 you could reach the centre of town with all the bars,shops etc.
for the more adventurous,it was a 20 minute walk to the beach but we were more than happy to stay by the pool.
food in the hotel was plentiful with three or four choices of main course at dinner time.
i would recommend the hotel to any one who wanted to visit benidorm for a relaxing stay and not be caught up in the hustle and bustle and late nights assiciated with the centre.

We were a group of 10 ladies on a hen weekend and we have absolutely no complaints with regards to the hotel. The staff were very good. If there was any niggles it would be that we were charged to hire pool towels when it says they were included. A deposit is fine but paying for them is a bit misleading.

We had a pleasant stay, just a bit further out than we anticipated, bathroom could do with a good clean, food was rather boaring after a few days.

The hotel was overall an excellent choice, as we had quite a large number of family meeting up for the xmas, and this included all age groups. The entertainment for the children on xmas day was very good It was impossible not to find a good choice of food in the restaurant as there was such a good variety. The health spa was good, however it was a shame that there was only one person on duty, which meant that treatments were interrupted in order to take phone calls and man the reception desk. However it was still enjoyable and the beauty therapist was very friendly and made up for the shortfall. I would certainly book back into this hotel again.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. You could not fault anything we met some really nice people and would recommend the hotel to anyone. We have stayed at other hotels in the past at Benidorm but highly favour this one and will definately go back. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained and all the staff were very helpful. There were other people with us that really enjoyed it there too and will also go back.

The hotel is extremely modern, a bit too modern, the lounge and bar area is so spacious and the ceiling so high, there was no atmosphere at all.
The food was not good at all, it is certainly not 4 star. A lot of guests were eating out as we were. Entertainment was not good either but Benidorm Centre was easily reached. I would not stay there again but have to say the rooms were lovely and clean, the best thing about the hotel. ALso the swimming pools were great.

Warning if you are disabled the therapy pool is a chilly maximum of 27. There is no disabled access to the spar baths or the warmer indoor pool.

This hotel was very clean, nice staff, food varied. Rooms and facilities very good would recommend to my friends and we will be back.
