We stayed in Gemelos XXII in June 08 and they are the best aptms we have stayed in Benidorm. The aptm was spotlessly clean and modern and we even had a washing machine, iron etc. The swimming pool area was really nice which was all surrounded with grass and there was a life guard on duty every day. Plenty of sun loungers too at 2 euros per day.
In a great area of Benidorm with plenty of bars and restraunts close by and only a short walk to the beach. We will definately be booking up for next year.

Second time been to gemolas XX II. Stayed in tower block 3 this time which didn't know existed. Was stuck out the way no view over pool etc, just a road. Wanted to stay in tower 1 or 2. Picture on website only shows tower 1 & 2
Room was very clean but needed little work. Mulitple cupboard handles off. Cooker knob missing and in drawer. Fitted this and couldn't switch oven off. Missed microwave. Wasn't happy having two single beds. Expected a double for a couple.
We agree with previous review about pool attendant. He had bad attitude especially with women. Thinks he owns the place.
Don't know if would return in future????
EPIS agent was friendly and helpfull. Very easy booking from benidorm spotlight and would recommend site in future

I've stayed at the Gemelos apartments before they are excellent for a weekend away. will definitely be going back. Good location, lovely pool and very very clean.

OVERALL ENJOYED OUR STAY AT GEMELOS 22,THE APARTMENT WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH FOR 2 ADULTS AND CHILDREN OF 10 AND 12 YEARS,WE STAYED IN THE 1 BEDROOMED APARTMENT,THE KITCHEN AREA WAS WELL FITTED OUT WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED IN IT FOR SELF CATERING NEEDS,BUT THE BEST THING WE THOUGHT WAS THE FULL SIZED WASHING MACHINE,SO YOU CAN ARRIVE HOME WITH CASES OF CLEAN CLOTHES,OR SO THE WIFE TOLD ME,
THE POOL AREA WAS NICE TO SIT OUT IN BUT IF YOU REQUIRE A SUN LOUNGER YOU HAD TO PAY 3 EURO PER BED WHICH WAS A BIT OF A RIP OFF,ALSO YOU COULD HERE A PIN DROP AROUND THE POOL AREA SO WHEN OUR KIDS ARRIVED THEY NEW ABOUT IT,HOTEL CLOSE TO MANY BARS,BEACH ONLY 10 MINS AWAY,CARNT COMMENT ON THE STAFF AS THERE WASNT ANY ONLY LIFEGUARDS WHICH SEEMED OK,WOULD BOOK AGAIN.

++Kitchen-equipment (Fridge, Cooking-plate, Coffee maker, Extraction hood, Boiler, etc. it's all there!
+Washing machine.
+Bedroom (Double bed:good quality, big wardrobe)
+TV-set (unfortunately no Dutch programs)
+Airco, Heater.
--Bathroom (No ventilation at all!
--Only a two-sits Couche (Too soft, old and weak, very bad).
-No armchair at all.

I spent a week in the apartment with my mum and two children in May 08 and had a fabulous time. The apartment was clean and spacious and suited our needs. There was a large fridge/freezer, hob/oven and even a washing machine! The indoor pool was ideal for cloudy days and my sons loved having their last dip in there each day. The outdoor pool area was clean and it was nice to have lawned areas with sunshades. The pools are beautifully designed and a specific pool for kiddies meant that adults had their own area to swim in. I will be returning in September with friends and again next May with my family. I would thoroughly recommend the Gemelos apartments.

We stayed in the Gemelos 22, Tower 3 in a 2 bedroom apartment. We were 4 adults and 1 infant. The complex is amazing very secure and beautiful pool area fantasic for kids. The apartments were very clean and very spacious and well equiped. The communication from the Benidorm spotlight staff was great and the lovely rep met us as we arrived at the apartment with the keys and showed us round the apartment. We will be booking here again as I think it is fantastic for the kids and adults. I reag a lot of reviews saying that Tower 3 had a noisy road in front, not sure what that was about as I thought it to be very quite.

We wish to thank benidorm spotlight for our booking.already having stayed in the gemolos 22 we can only say the efficiency of the staff at reservations(christine) many thanks for your patiance.and arriving on xmas day with a 6 month old baby to find every thing in order and a rep to meet us with the keys not having to trek round looking for key pick up points.the gemolos 22 i would have to say is one of the best with the indoor pool for the kids,shops just at the bottoms english ones at that. i will be definitly be booking these apts again as soon as the flights come out for december 2008 once again thank you for making it easy for us all and a enjoyable stay, many thanks ..

The apparments were excellent, everything we could have wished for. We were met by the representative in a rain storm and she did everything she could to get us in the apparment without getting soaked. The apparment was very clean and had all we neede for a good stay over the Christmas nad New year period. The grounds and pools looked great, but in late December even a Briyt would not brave the outdoor pool!! Apparments were very centrral to all services but very quiet, a real haven in a busy resort. Only small drawback was all notices in office and the Resturant were in Dutch - we are not the sort that think Englsih is the language spoken in heaven, but to try and deal with Dutch in Spain is a little difficult to say the least - it just made us feel we were missing out a little on the Christmas celibrations - although when we did use the resturant they were great - did huge breakfast. We would return without hesitation and speculated how good the accomodation would be for families with kids in the summer months. All in all excellent would reccomend it ( an will) without hesitation.

Hi I had a lovely time in the Hemolos XXII the apartment was lovely and I felt very safe with the security, I was not too sure about the 27th floor but got great views right over the sea, lifts were not a problem as there were 2 on my floor. I was 10 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets and shops all on my door step. The girl that met me with the keys was very nice and helpful. I would go back again as I could not fault the service provided. Thanks again for a good holiday. LM

we were there for 19days and it was the best apartments we have ever been in and the poolside was great we have been going to benidorm fo 13 years 3 times a year so would love to stay againin these apartments i would recomend them to people with young children as pool was the best i have been to thanks william allan

The Gemelos XXII are very nice comfortable apartments; indeed I wish I lived in one permanently as they have everything you need.They are also very considerate. On the last night of my holiday I was taken ill with food poisoning and when the lady from the Agency arrived to refund my deposit, they allowed us to stay on in the Apartment for some extra time so that I did not have to wander around Benidorm feeling ill.All in all a very good holiday.

Excellent position and excellent facilities. Will definately be booking with you again next year- hopefully!An added bonus was the security. It was a blessing not to have drunken people shouting. All in all my stay was fantastic. We had 2 kids with us, 7 and 12 years old and the pools and the football court were well used by them. The garden is excellent, secure and nice. And everything is in walking distance. The only bad thing I can say about Gemelos XXII is that the beds could be better.

appartments were very good, unfortunately building work was taking place in gardenpool area. This was very annoying as digger was noisypool attendant could have been a bit more polite when giving out sunbeds. we are now looking forward to trying Gemolos II

The gamelos 22 apartments were perfect in every way, but one! The swimming pool, which in itself is wonderful and the gardens surrounding it beautifully kept, cannot be enjoyed as the jobsworth pool attendant will not, i repeat not let anyone have a sunbed unless you grovel to him between 9am and 10am. this may not peturb everyone, but if youre not an early riser you get to enjoy your long awaited holiday lying on the floor, whilst lovingly gazing at the enormous pile of unused sunbeds locked in the corner!

These apartments are fantastic. It is located about 10 minute walk to the beach and it costs €4-5 for taxi to the night life. I stayed with small group of friends but would be perfect for anyone. The only thing that let this property down is the pool man. You could only get a sunbed between 9-10am and as we were up quite late we never managed to make it in time. You could not get a sunbed after this so be carefull if you dont like the beach as he is so unhelpfull.

I HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM GEMELOS 22. WE STAYED ON THE 30TH FLOOR IN ONE OF THE 3 BED APARTMENTS. IT WAS SUPERB, THE VIEWS WERE FANTASTIC. APARTMENTS ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. THE POOLS WERE SUPERB AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR SUNBATHING. THERE IS PLENTY OF SUNBEDS TO HIRE FOR JUST 2 EUROS PER DAY.WOULD RECOMEND THESE TO ANY ONE...

everything was very good except for the elevators with 30 floors there are no indicators to let you know which floor the lift is on. we had one instance of our 2 year old getting into the lift with her 5 year old brother and the doors closed and the lift set off before we could stop it or get in.with 30 floors we were frantic not knowing where the children had gone.needless to say the adults already in the lift didn,t have the manners or common sense to stop the lift or even open the door.rnwe will probably use gemelos again but book a ground floor or come again without the children.

Great place, Very clean, Read that there were no sunbeds but they do have them around the pool now. 2 euro's a day. We had loads of nice white towels and a change of sheets,these were also changed once during our 9 night stay. Shame you can't pick up the keys from the office, had to wait for the seafront office to open, but some flats have different arrangements.Would definatly stay there again,

Great appartments just like home from home the big fridge freezer was brilliant we put bottles of water in the freezer to use the next day by the pool in the warm heat,the three pools were brilliant the appartments were very quiet never heard a thing night or day. If we go back to benidorm again would deffinatley stay at the gemeloss xx11.

I thought the apartments were very well placed and had all the amenities.The only fault I had was !We were 4 adults sharing and did not find we had enough towels and bedding as they were not always dried in time also the poolside was really nice but it would have been nice to know beforehand that there was no sunbeds supplied. But puting that aside I would certainly recommend them as I will certainly book them again

Great Apartments, better then expected.Ample room in lovely gardens to sunbathe.Swimming
pools clean & well designed.
My (sporty)son enjoyed the tennis & mini football courts on site.
The Apartments are in an area that is not too busy but offers plenty of choice to eat out & there are at least 3 shops nearby to buy food/drink etc.
We used the nearby taxi rank to venture towards the old town where there is a better class of restaurant,but we also ate locally as well.
Most bars in vicinity close at midnight, so late night noise is not a great problem.
One small negative....sunbeds round pool would have been nice.All in all, I can recommend Gemelos 22 & the area it is in.
