Reviews of the Gemelos XXII Apartments

This is the second time that I have stayed at these apartments this year. First time was for a hen do and despite a long trek for some of my party to pick up the keys as reception was closed- this process has now been improved- I rated the overall accomodation very highly, especially for the price. This time my husband and I went on a 5 night trip for our anniversary so I was hoping that the accommodation would still be up to scratch. I neednt have worried. The accomodation was clean and the receptionist was extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The keys are now collected from a restaurant next door to the apts when reception is closed which is much better. Overall another fantastic holiday and I would recommended Gemelos xxii to anyone looking for somewhere cheap but decent to stay. Thanks to all staff for making our stay a fabulous one. Great holiday, Only complaint mobile air conditioning unit only working in 0ne room at a time, not helpful for anybody sleeping in pull out bed in dinng room we booked air conditioned apt, Apartments very relaxing no noise very relaxing by pool and very secure. Good Holiday

We have stayed here four times now, he only problem we had on this occasion was the apartment had no air con in it, otherwise it was fine.
This may have been because we were not met by a representative of espis who normally have the keys etc. When I rang to confirm our arrival, we were phoned back about 5 minutes later and told to collect the keys from reception.
I would reccomend these appartmens for families as the pool is good and they have two lifeguards working who are very helpful and stand anyone messing around in the water.

Thanks very much for an extra special stay.
The apartment looked good in the pictures when we booked and the reviews were good but we arrived not knowing what it would be like. We needn't have worried as the pictures really didn't do it justice. It was stunning. The whole place was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We were on the 30th floor and once we got used to the height we enjoyed many hours on the balcony relaxing and taking in the views of the pool and sea. The staff were great, we had no issues with keys as per other reviews and any questions we had were dealt with professionally and with a smile. The only small negatives were the lack of sun beds down by the poolside, the cost of them and the surly nature of the attendant, however this didn't spoil our stay at all.
The biggest recommendation is we will definitely be back in the future and have been telling all our friends.

I have stayed in these apartments with my family 3 times. You have to call the reps to meet you when you arrive, they are usually there within 15-30 minutes, always helpful and friendly.
The only thing that let this appartment down this year was the lack of air conditioning, this is the first time we have not had it in one of these apartments and it was very hot on a night, we stayed in July 2010.
The pool area is fantastic for children and is constantly supervised by life guards. They don't stand for any messing about and are really keen. If you go in peak months go down early for a sun lounger as they soon run out, the cost is 2 euro per day.
They are in a good location away from the clubs and noise so you can get a good rest on a night.

Had a lovely week at Gemelos xxii and got few things sorted out immediately on request.Very nice apt and will be asking for same one next year.Very safe for women on their own. Thank you for a lovely holiday Nan and Elizabeth.

we found the whole complex extremely clean
the rooms modern and spacious, the pools and gardens were superb for all age groups
the complex was not far to either beach or nitelife and just 2mins too yorkshire pride one of the best eating places in beni
would recommend these apartments to any age group with or without families hopefully we will return next year

can not fault the apartments.. very clean.home from home.. pool is lovely.. and gardens well kept..would recomend these apartments.my family and i go to benidorm often and will always stay in these apartments..central place for shops bars and eating places .. only a 5 minute walk to beach

Had an excellent stay in the Gemelos 22 apartments during Easter Holidays. Travelling with young children and arriving very late at night but a fantastic man met us in Benidorm Centre, as we were lost and couldn't find the apartments and drove ahead of us to the apartments.
Apartments very well equipped and very clean.
Only concern that we were not aware that the spectacular outside pool was not open until the beginning of May which, for the children especially disappointing given the hot weather.
But all in all very happy and we would consider returning to the appartments
