Very happy with our stay at the Torre Ipanema apartments-for the 3rd time! Good value for money, so hopefully will be returning next year!

Hi there a friend and I stopped at Torre Ipanema in May 2008. Although I was a little apprehensive when I booked because of the price We were not disappointed. It is a spanish residential building so you have to respect people living there with noise ect. The room was clean and the resources were good.The towels were in my opinion changed too early in the week the only disapointment was that although there was a pool which by the way was very clean there were no sunlounges so no where to sit and relax only the grass the garden area was very nice and we found that we had the pool all to ourselves most of the time. As for the location it is in-between the old and new town. It took us about 10-15 mins to walk in both directions. We were a little disappointed in having to collect the keys because it was a taxi ride away but apart from that I would not hesitate to reccomend these apartments.

The apartment was spotless, maid service was excellent with bedsheets and towels changed regularly. Kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet (as we like it)with few British, mainly Dutch and Spanish. There is a little road noise but not obtrusive. There are no facilities except an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. No reception, bar or restaurant. Location is excellent, being handy for walking to most of Benidorm old town and Levante area. The only drawback is having to pick up the keys elswhere and you can't leave your luggage if on a late flight, but we did arrange to leave ours at the Alpha Apartments nearby (where we picked up the keys on arrival).
We have looked at and tried many Benidorm apartments and this is the best. We will be booking again.

NICE APARTMENT IN A GOOD POSITION FOR LEVANTE SIDE AND OLD TOWN, GOOD PARKING AND OUTSIDE POOL AREA,BASIC BUT ADEQUATE KITCHEN FACILITIES, NICE AND CLEAN ALL ROUND, VERY HELPFUL NEIGHBOURS OPENING DOOR WAS A BIT OF A PROBLEM AT FIRST WOULD HAVE PREFERED BETTER BEDS DOUBLE WOULD GO AGAIN.

pretty basic stuff as you would expect for the money you pay, but generally cant really pick fault with anything. tv in room didnt work but, hey, thats not why you travel a couple of thousand miles! all in all pretty satisfied with hotel so would recomend it to people however as for benidorm itself i was pretty disappointed.

I stayed at the Torre Ipanema apartments in August 2007 again in september 2007. Although we had to collect the keys from another hotel everyting was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything we needed, and within easy reach of the shops and beach. The only extra thing I would have liked was to have had a microwave in the kitchen!

We have just got back from a fab 2 week stay at torre ipanema apts. The apt was very modern with air con and washing machine. Very clean with large balcony. 10 mins walking distance to either the beach, old town or over the other side to the british end. The pool was average in size, but the kids loved it (age 9 &12) and the grounds are immaculate. Only reason for given it 4 out of 5 was because I was on my own with 2 young children hoping to meet lots of families by the pool etc, but they were mostly spanish so communication barrier. We had a fab time and would stay again. Security also excellent.

Excellent!! We were looking for a quiet apartment close to the town and beach...and that's what we got. Lovely gardens, air con (which worked a treat in the glorious weather we had)and a great pool. Really nice, clean and modern. Bedding and towels changed ofetn. Mainly spanish in the place...even better! A good choice that i will definitely book again. Down sides? the key to get in was awkward.

These appartments were very clean, secure and only minutes from the beach front, bars, nightlife etc yet still set back enough to get some peace. The pool area is immaculate as there is a guy who cleans it and keeps the surrounding grounds in tip top condition. The only downside is they are situated next to a busy raod and the constant traffic noise is a pain when your on the balcony and there was no bar or entertainment which makes the atmosphere a little flat, but overall very good value for money and worth every penny.

This was our first visit to Benidorm and also our first booking without going through a travel agent. I was extremely worried that the apartments would be different from the information given due to the fact that I felt the price was a little low for that standard of accomodation. I couldn't have been more wrong, we had secure entry: Private pool:
Air conditioning: utility room and the decor was lovely. The view from the HUGE balcony was gorgeous. These apartments and surrounding gardens are well looked after on a daily basis by caretakers. Taxi from the airport took approximately 40 mins and cost 60 euros It is ideally situated for both the Old and New Town and about 10 mins walk to all of the bars and nightclubs. The beach was about 5 mins away. We would definately go back and stay at these apartments when we return to Benidorm. A must *****

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Benidorm. The apartments were in a very good location and were well equiped and spotless. It was lovely having a washing machine. The grounds and communal areas were beautifully maintained and very secure. We would certainly recommend these apartments and would stay again.

Torre Ipanema does not have any permanent staffing on-site but is well maintained. It is a nice complex with well screened grounds where there is a small, but pretty, pool area. Unfortunately no sun-beds are provided and it would be desirable for each apartment to be equipped with at least a pair of folding sun-beds.
The apartment was reasonably well equipped but the provision of towels (2 bath plus 2 hand) was totally inadequate and the change frequency of only twice weekly was unacceptable.
My wife and I are unlikely to return until improvements in these provisions have been made.

just got back after staying at theTorre Ipanema apts. although we were concerned that there was no reception area,we found no problems at all with security. the apt was very clean, and we had a lovely view.the location was good,out of the gate & turn left, 500 metres to levante beach, out of the gate and straight on,650 metres to the heart of the old town.
downside,no sunbeds, uncomfortable beds,no deposit refund yet,but its only just over a week. overall we were happy with the apts and we would recommend them to friends
