got a very good deal at short notice. stayed the week after easter so still busy, mostly with spaniards, which was great. near enough to nightlife but far enough away not to be affected by noise.close to big mercadona and a beautiful park. benidorm still good fun and good value. will stay again.

for what we paid it was excellant value for money, good view with a balcony, ten minute walk to the beach, swimming pool was a bonus

Great situation for couples wanting a quiet location with self catering, overlooking L'Aguiera park, next to an excellent supermarket, only 5 mins walk to the Old Town and the buzz(if you want it) and 15 min walk to the station. Minutes walk from restaurants bars and shops. Spacious 1 bed apartments with a large balcony with a nice view of both the sea and the park.
We are a couple and this was our 3rd time to La Caseta Apts and we will return as it suits our needs perfectly.

This apartment was perfect for us - but different people have different criteria. It was spacious and had all you need for a basic short break and represents excellent value for money. The location, next to the lovely linear (Parque Aiguilera?) park and within 10 min walk of old town and beaches, meant it was peaceful yet very convenient. One night, out of the six that we stayed, some noisy people (British) came in at 4.30am slamming doors and shouting but, hey, this is Benidorm and it didn't last more than 20mins.
We were lucky to be on the 9th floor and had wonderful views from the large balcony out to Benidorm Island. A big supermarket right next door meant that we didn't have to carry our shopping too far. The on site 'caretaker' and cleaner were very pleasant, polite and helpful.
Would have no hesitation in returning sometime in the future.

la caseta was ok not bad apartments problem
they only give one set of towels and sheets
once a week if you want anymore you have to pay 4 euro for them never seen staff much in
the three weeks we were there but otherwise
ok the resturant in the complex are very nice people they made us feel very welcomed and food was nice and very good prices.
will think about going back to la caseta

We have stayed at La Caseta 3 times now and have never had any problems.
The staff are always helpful and although their English is limited, I always think to myself 'What is my Spanish like' and my answer is Hola, Gracias and Adios, so I have no problem with that!!!!
A ten miute walk to the gorgeous beach and 15 minutes walk to the main clubs makes it the ideal location.
We will definitely stay there for a 4th time and more!!

The Caseta Apartments are exactly what I hoped for and received--A clean, quiet base for a very relaxing holiday.
I would have no problems in recommending them to friends and family.
Excellent value for the money !!!!

LA CASETA APARTMENTS ARE IN AN IDEAL SPOT JUST 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM MAIN CENTRE, NICE SECLUDED POOL. BECAUSE APARTMENTS ARE NEAR THE PARK CAN BE NOISY AT FESTIVAL TIME, OTHER TIMES QUIET.WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AT LA CASETA, MYSELF FREINDS WOULD STILL RETURN.

recently returned from la caseta apps with group of boys booked 5 rooms 100 euros deposit per room we had a early departure picked up at 8.20am only 2 find that reception was not open till 9am hence no deposit was refunded so be carefull.

Very good views over the park. Good location, very near the old town, only a few minutes walk!rnAlthough there is no full time reception staff, when found they are very helpful, although their English is a bit limited.

We had a great time in benidorm and were looking to book to go back in march for a friends birthday. The apartment was very clean and the staff were very friendly even at the hotel we met some amazing people!!!!!
