ON ARRIVAL AT THE LOIXMAR APARTMENTS WE HAD TO GO AND COLLECT OUR KEY FROM THE OFFICES OUT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, THE APARTMENTS WERE BASIC BUT NICE AND CLEAN, THERE WAS A WASHING MACHINE IN THE APARTMENT AND EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED IF YOU WERE PLANNING ON COOKING,THE LOCATION IS GREAT ALSO, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE GOING TO BENIDORM.

Great apartments,good price, very friendly, nice location,5 mins from beach, clean and quiet. Try to arrive and leave during office hours,to collect keys deposit back .Would go again. They gave us free tickets to water park

Good value for money basic accommodation, can't complain about anything taking into account the cost of the apartments. Good location, plenty of cheap restaurants nearby, try the Chinese restauarnats just up the road, 2 course meals for 4,50 euros. Quite close to the beach and water park.

Stayed at The Loixmar Appts Sept 2007 and would definitely recommend them. So convenient for shops,supermarkets,indoor market,etc and are just up from the beach. The appts are like most others in that they're basic, but clean and plenty of hot water and the towels are changed twice a week. Great sized balcony.Terrific view as well. There is a nice, very clean pool area at the back where you can relax and no-one bothers you.The building is secured by gates both outside the appt block and outside each room. No problem getting my breakages deposit back either. It was paid back into my account a couple of days after I got home.Yes most enjoyable stay at The Loixmar and I'll be back.
